Former US Vice President Al Gore will make a sequel to the climate film “An Inconvenient Truth.”
Film company Paramount announced Friday that the sequel will premiere at the important film festival Sundance in January next year.
In the new documentary will Gore look at how global warming has escalated and the possible solutions available. The protagonist even ask for a renewed effort to solve what he describes as the climate crisis, and he says there is reason to be hopeful.
This week met Gore the incoming president Donald Trump to discuss the topic, and he described the meeting as productive. Only days later designated Trump Scott Pruitt as his future climate and environment minister.
