Weather Manipulation, Contrails and Chemtrails

 

At an international symposium held in Ghent, Belgium May 28-30, 2010, scientists asserted that “manipulation of climate through modification of Cirrus clouds is neither a hoax nor a conspiracy theory.” It is “fully operational” with a solid sixty-year history. Though “hostile” environmental modification was banned by UN Convention in 1978, its “friendly” use today is being hailed as the new savior to climate change and to water and food shortages. The military-industrial complex stands poised to capitalize on controlling the world’s weather.

Rain-making lasers could trigger showers on demand

 

The rain dance is getting a twenty-first-century revamp using laser technology. Optical physicists have demonstrated that shooting lasers into the air can trigger the formation of water droplets, a technique that could one day help to stimulate rainfall.

For more than 50 years, efforts to try to artificially induce rain have concentrated on 'cloud seeding' — scattering small particles of silver iodide into the air to act as 'condensation nuclei', or centres around which rain droplets can grow. "The problem is, it's still not clear that cloud seeding works efficiently," says optical physicist Jérôme Kasparian at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. "There are also worries about how safe adding silver iodide particles into the air is for the environment."

Strange weather happening here..

 

 

The images above is what my contact sent which shows a wide band ring covering many hundreds of miles across the south west of Australia with a small dot (presumably cloud) hown just right ofcenter

 

 The loop is not now on the site but the satellite image taken at
16:30 UTC is also very interesting.  It shows a very large rotating over the western Australia where the mysterious large ring appeared from which a small but brief condense trail formed off the coastline and from the center what had been the huge ring a series of what appears to be three mini spiraling arms are seen moving out of the area, moving north east.  This is one of those rare occasions when I could buy weather experimentation effects or other experiments being performed by HAARP are being observed.

By now, you may have heard about China’s efforts to keep the Beijing Olympics from being rained out.  Fox News visits the Chinese weather controllers.  Despite their arsenal of 4,000 rocket launchers, 7,000 anti-aircraft guns, and 30 airplanes for reversecloud-seeding, they do not sound too sure they can hold China’s traditional monsoon season at bay. "We are pretty sure we can deal with those small clouds," Zhang Qiang, with China’s weather modification office says. "But to deal with those big ones… to be honest we are not quite confident."

But the Pentagon’s also got a long track record of plotting to screw with enemy climates and improve their own operational abilities.

Now, Darpa’s got a new target for geo-hacking science, and if they can make it work, we might see modern firearms making way for weapons of the mythological variety. The out-there research agency is soliciting proposals that would harness control over “the natural mechanism of lightning initiation” by coming up with a way to launch manmade lightning bolts, and prevent or redirect natural lightning strikes — and their accompanying destruction

Good news, folks. Microsoft founder Bill Gates has turned his attention to controlling the weather.
Five U.S. Patent and Trade Office patent applications, made public on July 9, propose slowing hurricanes by pumping cold, deep-ocean water in their paths from barges. If issued, the patents offer 18 years of legal rights to the idea for Gates and co-inventors, including climate scientist Ken Caldeira of the Carnegie Institution of Washington.
