Health Care Reform Provision Is Unconstitutional, Federal Judge Rules
 A federal judge declared the foundation of President Barack Obama's health care law unconstitutional Monday, ruling that the government cannot require Americans to purchase insurance. The case is expected to end up at the Supreme Court.
In his order, U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson said he will allow the law to remain in effect while appeals are heard, meaning there is unlikely to be any immediate impact on other provisions that have already taken effect. The insurance coverage mandate is not scheduled to begin until 2014.
Even so, Republicans in Congress celebrated the ruling as validation of the arguments they had made for months while the law was pending. Rep. Eric Cantor, R-Va., issued a statement urging the White House to agree to expedite a final ruling by appealing directly to the Supreme Court without first stopping at an appeals court.

Insurers find loophole in health bill, say they don’t have to cover sick kids
Democrats said their health care legislation would provide greater medical security to those in need. But it appears to fall short on protecting arguably the most vulnerable demographic: sick children.
Insurance companies wasted no time after the bill was passed to unearth a loophole that allowed them to deny coverage to children with pre-existing illnesses for the next four years.
According to the New York Times, "Insurers agree that if they provide insurance for a child, they must cover pre-existing conditions. But, they say, the law does not require them to write insurance for the child and it does not guarantee the 'availability of coverage' for all until 2014."

National Health Care is not about health, It's about control

Government will have the ability to access your medical information as well as financial information to ensure medical payments and refunds can be electronically made.
Government will have access to every person and every companies records to ensure proper government deemed health insurance is offered and purchased. The depths of what the IRS could envision to fulfill this mandate is chilling.
The last time the Department of Treasury, which the IRS is a a part, had this type of intrusive power was during prohibition and we can recall from history how brutal invasive power can become.
