HAARP Facility Hit By Quake
A 4.4-magnitude earthquake was reported just before 4:26 p.m. AKST near the Alaska towns of Gulkana, Glenallen and Gakona on Thursday, and just miles from the massive federal military installation known as HAARP. That’s according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake’s epicenter was about 14 miles from theHigh-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which has been linked by many a conspiracy theorist to other calamitous events, particularly big temblors. HAARP spokesmen claim scientists out there are learning how to create aurora borealis and lightning. Others hold the program responsible for the March 2011 Japan earthquake as well as the 2010 Haiti earthquake.

European Parliament issues warnings on HAARP
 Toronto, Canada – [ZNN] The daily lives of people seem blissfully unaffected by events about which they know little or nothing. Daily news reports unfold with no mention as to why and how the powerful operate behind the scenes. We pay our mortgages, book our vacations and school our children, as a corporate and government elite engage in projects beyond our wildest imaginations.
Conditioned to accept that ‘all is well’ or, that we are powerless to affect change in a world dis-integrating before our eyes – we conduct our lives until one day it affects us directly – unfortunately by then it’s far too late.
Ask the people of northern Japan how they feel about the last three sentences and the answers they now seek in the aftermath of unimaginable loss and yet another future generation desecrated and ravaged by nuclear radiation.
A European Parliament document may provide a few answers for the inquiring mind. This parliamentary document is not some conspiratorial rant but an official governmental perspective describing authentic concern that a terribly grave technology, which the document calls a weapon, has been unleashed over many years without any public knowledge.

 All started suddenly and thousands died, millions displaced, hundreds of villages vanished in the matter of just 4 days!!…strangely there were no weather warnings, no alarms..none of the global met offices was able to predict torrential downpours that precipitated the worst floods in Pakistan’s history. Was HAARP involved?
We have investigated this matter and concluded that HAARP is being used in Pakistan and of course how can we ignore India’s Baglihar & Kabul’s Sarobi Dams contribution in this perfect plan! This Flood Disaster is More Manmade than Naturalþ. The choice of starting point was perfect.. all the flood is going in downstream i.e. Khyber (Hills) to Karachi (Sea)… it is designed to submerge entire Pakistan and bring up the worst crises and chaos ever happened.. they know they cant win a war with Nuclear armed Pakistan – it would be a mutual destruction, so they have other ways to do it!

WASHINGTON'S NEW WORLD ORDER WEAPONS HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRIGGER CLIMATE CHANGE
The important debate on global warming under UN auspices provides but a partial picture of climate change; in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated "non-lethal weapons." Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate.
In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilising agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.
While there is no evidence that this deadly technology has been used, surely the United Nations should be addressing the issue of "environmental warfare" alongside the debate on the climatic impacts of greenhouse gases

Use Of HAARP On Lebanese Civilians Confirmed
Ken-Welch.com recently reported that HAARP was used in southern Lebanon to produce bouts of nausea in the civilian population. Confirmation of such an effect has now surfaced in a report from the area.

Russias HAARP project

The Sura Ionospheric Heating Facility, located near the small town of Vasilsursk about 100 km eastward from Nizhniy Novgorod in Russia, is a laboratory for ionosphere research. Sura is capable of radiating about 190 MW, effective radiated power (ERP) on short waves. This facility is operated by the radiophysical research institute NIRFI in Nizhny Novgorod. The Sura facility was commissioned in 1981. Using this facility, Russian researchers achieved extremely interesting results regarding the ionosphere behavior and discovered the effect of generation of low-frequency emission at the modulation of ionosphere current[1]. At the beginning, Soviet Defense Department mostly footed the bill. The American HAARPionospheric heater is similar to the Sura facility. The HAARP project began in 1993.The frequency range of the heating facility is from 4.5 to 9.3 MHz. The facility consists of three 250 kW broadcasting transmitters and a 144 crossed dipole antenna-array with dimensions of 300 m x 300 m. At the middle of the operating frequency range (4.5 9.3 MHz) a maximum zenith gain of about 260 (~24 dB) is reached, the ERP of the facility is 190 MW (~83 dbW
HAARP has deleted its records from 2010-1-11
A very unusual deletion can be observed in the archived data of HAARP instrument readings from the day before the Haiti earthquake.
Perhaps it is a matter of time until it will get fixed with a simple copy-paste operation, but I have made screen shots of it).
Set the date in "Chart Archives" below the today's graph to 2001/Jan/11 in the window below the graph and see for your selves. It is the only instance of such an occurrence I have discovered by looking through
other historical dates. Perhaps some other deletions have already been fixed, I can think of date like May 12th 2008 or December 26th 2004.

BAE naturally states that HAARP "will be used to study interactions between high-power radio signals and the earth's ionosphere." People like Nick Begich (a nice gentleman I interviewed some months back about mind control) says HAARP is really a secret new weapon that will boil the ionosphere
